Waffle Miracle was born from a simple belief: that the best breakfasts start with the best waffles. What began as a weekend pop-up in downtown Erie quickly became a neighborhood favorite, and now we're proud to serve our community every single morning.

Every batch is mixed from scratch using a family recipe passed down through generations. We source our flour, eggs, and dairy from local Erie County farms whenever possible. No mix, no shortcuts — just honest, delicious food made with care.
